Abstract: 

در این مقاله ابتدا مدل داده ها در نرم افزار اسکادا برای شبکه برق و برنامه های کاربردی قدرت ارائه می شود. استاندارد(Common Information Model ) CIM  اخیرا در که سازمان IEC نیز به صورت استاندارد در حال تهیه است، به منظور هماهنگ کردن مدل داده در بین تولیدکنندگان این نرم افزارها برای ایجاد ارتباط بین آنها مطرح است. سپس استاندارد(Data Access for Industrial DAIS System)  به عنوان یک اینترفیس استاندارد برای ارتباط بین سرویس دهنده های اطلاعات سیستمهای کنترل پروسه های صنعتی و مصرف کننده های آن (مانند HMI و نرم افزارهای کاربردی و مدیریتی) معرفی می شود. در نهایت با ارائه یک نگاشت از مدل داده ها در CIM به مکانیزم دسترسی به داده در DAIS نشان خواهیم داد که چگونه می توان یک سرویس دهنده اطلاعات زمان حقیقی شبکه های برق را به صورت «کاملا باز» ارائه نمود، بطوریکه ماژولهای نرم افزاری تولیدکنندگان مختلف شامل محصولات HMI، نرم افزارهای کاربردی قدرت EMS) و DMS) و نرم افزار سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS به آن متصل شده و از آخرین اطلاعات شبکه اطلاع حاصل کرده و فرمانهای بهره برداری لازم را صادر نمایند.

Abstract: 

In today's technology-oriented world, a wide range of commercial and administrative services are provided through the use of Software Systems. Due to the importance of a comprehensive and structured process in the development of a Software Systems and in this regard, in this paper proposes a useful management checklist cluster, called Software System development workflow checklist. The proposed checklist is actually a package containing a subset of more detailed monitoring checklists in the Software System development process. The suggested checklist is a tool to create a comprehensive management routine to evaluate the performance of tasks and structured workflow in the development of Software Systems. In addition to explaining the System workflow and clarifying the monitoring of Software System development, the proposed workflow checklist package is proposed as a resource for working team members to evaluate and resolve differences of opinion and align executive tasks and also to avoid and prevent common management mistakes. It should be noted that based on the proposed checklist package, in the Software System development workflow management process, project managers could monitor the System development with both a top-down and middle-out approach. This means that first, with a top-down view of each phase of the Software life cycle, could receive the progress report and with the middle-out management view, evaluate and control items of the proposed checklist package. From our point of view, having such a workflow checklist package is one of the most essential activities in order to facilitate the management and auditing of the Software development life cycle, which is needed for the integrated implementation of organizational projects and their structured and comprehensive management.

Abstract: 

A Microsoft Windows based ventilation Software package is developed to reduce time-consuming and boring procedure of exhaust ventilation System design. This program Assure accurate and reliable air pollution control related calculations. Herein, package is tentatively named Exhaust Ventilation Design Software which is developed in VB6 programming environment. Most important features of Exhaust Ventilation Design Software that are ignored in formerly developed packages are Collector design and fan dimension data calculations. Automatic System balance is another feature of this package. Exhaust Ventilation Design Software algorithm for design is based on two methods: Balance by design (Static pressure balance) and design by Blast gate. The most important section of Software is a spreadsheet that is designed based on American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists calculation sheets. Exhaust Ventilation Design Software is developed so that engineers familiar with American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists datasheet can easily employ it for ventilation Systems design. Other sections include Collector design section (settling chamber, cyclone, and packed tower), fan geometry and dimension data section, a unit converter section (that helps engineers to deal with units), a hood design section and a Persian HTML help. Psychometric correction is also considered in Exhaust Ventilation Design Software. In Exhaust Ventilation Design Software design process, efforts are focused on improving GUI (graphical user interface) and use of programming standards in Software design. Reliability of Software has been evaluated and results show acceptable accuracy.

Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

There is increasing demand for sophisticated Software engineering processes in today's Software Systems. In this regard, however, there is a multitude of different processes and each has various advantages and disadvantages some of which relate to the problem domain or in the context of development. Computer Software development processes have to pass through many scenarios to be completed. There are many ways to solve a single problem in Software development. Sometimes, in structural engineering, the developer is not able to decide which process will suit a particular problem. It can be said that selecting a suitable process is a big issue in structural process Software engineering, and the problem of selecting a good candidate method is a big issue in structural process engineering. The solution of such kinds of problem can be found in the work to be done and the task to be performed by the operational process rather than by the process structure. This paper introduces the notion of process operationality and proposes ' process architecture' to represent this operationality. Thus, Structural Process Engineering (SPE) becomes Operational Process Engineering (OPE). Operationally close process architecture is selected, adapted, enhanced, and restricted as needed. The task of construction consists of putting together process features and structuring the new process.

Abstract: 

گسترش آلودگی هوا یکی از معضلاتی می باشد که امروزه در جوامع صنعتی و علی الخصوص در کشور ما پدیدار شده است. به منظور کنترل این آلودگی ها روش های مختلفی وجود دارد که یکی از این روش ها کنترل آلودگی در منبع (تهویه موضعی) می باشد. از آنجایی که طراحی این سیستم ها پیچیده و وقت گیر بوده و خطای طراحی هزینه زیادی را بر سیستم تحمیل می نماید، لذا استفاده از ابزاری که انجام محاسبات را تسریع نموده و صحت و دقت محاسبات را تضمین نماید، ایجاب می نماید. بدین منظور نرم افزاری طراحی گردید تا مشکلات فوق الذکر را مرتفع نموده و راهگشای متخصصین طراحی سیستم های تهویه در کشور باشد. نرم افزار مذکور در محیط برنامه نویسی ویژوال بیسیک6  طراحی گردید. بدین منظور ابتدا الگوریتم ها (فلوچارت، دیاگرام، رویدادها و ...) طراحی شده سپس متغیرهای محاسباتی تعریف گردیدند. در مرحله بعد کدهای محاسباتی نوشته شده و در دو مرحله دیباگ (خطا گیری) شده (پس از تعریف هر یک از روال ها و پس از کامل شدن برنامه به منظور تعیین صحت و دقت محاسبات) و در نهایت برنامه کامپایل (فایل اجرایی) و جهت نصب بر روی رایانه کاربر آماده گردید.نرم افزار طراحی شده با نام موقتی IEVDS گردید. این نرم افزار توانایی طراحی سیستم های تهویه موضعی) تعداد شاخه نامحدود)، تعیین مشخصات انواع هودها (شکافدار، سایبانی، رومیزی و ...)، ارایه استانداردهای تهویه موضعی (VS)، مشخصات کامل هواکش مورد نیاز سیستم و هم چنین اعمال (SEF) و همچنین اعمال تصحیحات سایکرومتریک به صورت خودکار در محدوده های وسیع دمایی و ارتفاع را را داشته و علاوه بر این هوشمند طراحی شده تا در صورت نیاز خطاهای طراحی را به کاربر اعلام نماید. همچنین دارای یک فایل Help با فرمت HTML می باشد

Abstract: 

Considering the use of information technology and the increase of Software provided by Software providers, it is important to select the appropriate Software from the Software provided. Therefore, organizations need to have the tools to be able to examine and compare all aspects of the Software offered in the tenders to select the appropriate Software that meets the needs of the organization. It can be said that choosing the appropriate Software System is a multi-criteria decisionmaking problem. In this paper, using the literature of research and opinions of experts, the indexes of the selection of appropriate Software System are specified, then an executive model is presented to select the appropriate Software from the Software provided in the tenders of the organizations. . In the design of this model, the hierarchical analysis process has been used. Also, to illustrate how the model is implemented, a case study is conducted on the selection of Software for data storage.

Regarding to unbelievable recent technology developments, one can observe the progress of science in the fields such as agriculture and industry due to application of computerized Systems. Performance and ability of computer causes that challengers accept this phenomena in any ages and receive its services. Agricultural industry has benefited from this technology too. In fact designing an expert System is creating an intelligent computer Software which is able to suggest the best way in a Systematic and exact manner with bounded knowledge. It goes without saying that its possible to design expert Systems in any branch of sciences. In this article design of an expert System in selecting primary tillage tools has been discussed. Developed multiple language, is efficient for the whole country to day. It is enough to show your location on the map instead of answering some of the questions for KARAJ (its hemisphere information exists in the Software). These facilities is extendable for the world. The structure of the Software for selecting the empliments is done on the basis of weighting different parts of the name of the complete implement by fuzzy logic lables and data fusion and its result is a list of proper tillage implements for that special situation given by the user. This list is sorted by the priority of implements and the pictures and explanations as well as the name of the implement will guide the user.

Abstract: 

Summary In this paper, the capability of foundation and support for the Sardasht dam is investigated. Finally, according to the results of numerical modeling in UDEC Software, the diameter and distance of grout injection boreholes and dimensions and angle of seal curtain of the dam foundation dam have been suggested. Introduction The injection is a process whereby a cement slurry is pushed into rock formations through a borehole, thereby reducing the permeability and deformation of the rock mass and increasing its resistance. The rocks are almost impermeable and rock mass permeability is often a function of discontinuity Systems. Due to the different and unpredictable behavior of rock masses, there is no specific law for determining the distance of injection holes and generally relies on the experience and judgment of the design engineer when deciding on the borehole distance. So, it is proposed to use numerical methods in predicting the radii of injection for grouting material and also determining the ideal spacing between adjacent holes. As the main results of this study, the optimum pattern for drilling sealing Systems for different locations of the Sardasht dam was determined and compared to the empirical models using the discrete element method in UDEC. The optimum deviation angle of the holes was investigated, too. Methodology and Approaches The Sardasht dam is a trench with a clay core with a height of about 106 meters and a length of 280 meters. The total embankment volume of the dam body is estimated to be about 3 million cubic meters and the volume of clay core is about 516000 cubic meters. The water diversion System consists of two tunnel strings with an inner diameter of 7m and lengths of 627m and 682m in the right support and its height is about 46m. The right tunnel is used as the lower evacuator during the operation period. In order to investigate the in-situ condition of rock mass in Sardasht Dam area, rock mechanical parameters including rock mass quality index (RQD), specific gravity, uniaxial compressive strength, and geometry and resistive properties of discontinuities have been determined and measured. Then, the quality of grout injection in walls and foundation of the Sardasht dam was modeled, using numerical modeling in UDEC discrete element Software. Results and Conclusions The results of this study show that the appropriate borehole spacing for the walls and the foundation should be taken as 3m and 5m, respectively. Also, the results obtained from the numerical modeling of the optimum injection pressure in the construction area of the Sardasht dam were determined for different depths. Based on the numerical modeling results in order to minimize water leakage from the Sardasht dam foundation, the optimum angle of curtain installation should be 17 degrees.
